Responsibilities:
- Project Management, system design and installation of large scale A/V projects
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, designers, management and consultants to determine detailed scope of work, bill of materials, project timelines and schedules
- Provide on site supervision during all phases of installation up to and including final acceptance of project by client
- Manage internal and external production staff to ensure project completes within budget objective
- Ensure installation is completed per the design specifications
- Communicate changes with sales staff for change order submittal
- Communicate with executive management as to status of project
- Confirmation of material ordering and tracking
Qualifications:
- Must have strong demonstrated leadership abilities, A/V hands-on experience and posses high standards for quality of work performed
- Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to work on simultaneous projects
- Prefer candidates with experience in managing crews of 2-10 people
- Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in running cable, installing racks, mounting projectors and screen, terminating all AV cables and setup of final system
- Demonstrated ability in the identification of problems that will impact the project schedule
- Preferred candidate will have current InfoComm CTS-I certification
- Must provide a professional appearance and be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must be able to perform in a Microsoft Environment covering the entire suite of applications, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Project Manager and Visio

Crestron AMX Programmer

Job Description:
Candidates will have experience with developing control solutions for complex audio visual systems. The candidate in this position will be an integral member of the Engineering Team responsible for customer deliverables in a timely fashion. Candidates must be a certified Crestron and/or AMX programmer and have experience completing technical installation of audiovisual systems. Ability to trouble-shoot complex audio, video, switching and control systems problems is required. This individual needs to be a team player with good communication and computer skill sets. Some travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Crestron Intermediate Certificate/Training and/or AMX Control Programmer 2 Certificate/Training
- Knowledge of standard software for DSP set-up, switcher set-up, etc.
- Ability to trouble shoot audio, video, control systems problems
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
- InfoComm CTS certification a plus
- Familiarity with Visual Source Safe and good CM practices, C++ experience a plus
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience with an AMX/Crestron Programmer certification
- Solid knowledge of audio visual connectivity and signal flow
- GUI experience and basic graphic design skills.
- Understanding of programming cause/effect impact on overall audio visual systems
- Ability to maintain program version control and adhere to configuration management
- Troubleshoot new and legacy systems, hardware cabling and components
- Integrate third-party hardware/software solutions
- Create, execute and revise project plans to meet changing needs

FULL-TIME RF SERVICE ENGINEER
DEPARTMENT: Marine Operations/Tech Services
LOCATION: Miramar, FL
GENERAL PURPOSE: Analysis of system performance, diagnosis of component or system faults and corrective maintenance of TVRO and VSAT system and components. Perform installation of new TVRO and VSAT systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Applicant should have 3+ years of Seatel Mobilized Tracking Antenna hands on experience
- Diagnose TVRO/VSAT system symptoms and information with computer software and test equipment
- Troubleshoot components of the TVRO/VSAT system using computer software and test equipment
- Analyze results of corrective actions to ensure systems, components and services working correctly.
- Interpret problems or symptoms reported by customers and diagnose possible causes of service problems with the network, systems or components.
- Install new TVRO/VSAT equipment and upgrade components or systems on vessels and/or buildings.
- Test, locate and restore service by interpreting service orders, circuit diagrams and troubleshooting.
- Modify computer / system software settings and parameters. Provide service reports upon return.
- Test and adjust equipment as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on shipboard TVRO/VSAT systems, components and software.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:
- This position will report to the Technical Services Manager.
- Interacts with shipboard personnel to include Broadcast Technicians, IT Manager, Captain, Chief Engineer and Chief Electrician.
- Provide technical phone support to current customers
TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- AS degree or equivalent experience required.
- Working knowledge of Seatel mobilized tracking antennas, Telnet and Windows OS required.
- VSAT mobilized tracking with emphasis on Seatel mobilized tracking a major plus.
- Graduate of technical school desired with emphasis on RF, electronics and electro-mechanical studies.
- 2-3 years field experience desired, but will train on TVRO and VSAT Seatel antenna systems.
- Valid US Passport.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:
- PC use, travel required (approximately 40 - 50%), basic electro-mechanical skills.
- Able to transport or lift tools and/or equipment weighing up to 75lbs.
