DVS Launches new Customer Support Service

DVS is proud to announce a new Customer Support System, eSupport, which is your new One Stop Shop for customer support.

The purpose of this system is to direct all requests for support through a common, manageable channel.

The system is constantly monitored and managed by our 24×7 support staff to make sure your problems are solved quickly and efficiently.

Day or Night, the best way to get the help you need the fastest is to email or open a ticket through our Web Portal at

The best way to get started using the system is to have your users go to the Web Portal and click “Register” and then fill out the short form.

A Customer Orientation document is on the Web Portal in the Downloads section, to help you get acquainted with eSupport.  To download the file, use a web browser to go to and click “Downloads.”  Here, you will find a file called “eSupport Orientation”.  Click the name of the file and then click “Download.”  This document is a Step-by-Step guide to using eSupport to open, track, and manage trouble tickets, as well accessing our Knowledge Base and Downloadable files.
